The only remaining consumer of the rwlock compatibility wrappers
is ztest. Remove the wrappers and convert the few remaining
calls to the underlying pthread functions.
rwlock_init() -> pthread_rwlock_init()
rwlock_destroy() -> pthread_rwlock_destroy()
rw_rdlock() -> pthread_rwlock_rdlock()
rw_wrlock() -> pthread_rwlock_wrlock()
rw_unlock() -> pthread_rwlock_unlock()
Note pthread_rwlock_init() defaults to PTHREAD_PROCESS_PRIVATE
which is equivilant to the USYNC_THREAD behavior. There is no
functional change.

Enable picky cstyle checks and resolve the new warnings. The vast
majority of the changes needed were to handle minor issues with
whitespace formatting. This patch contains no functional changes.
Non-whitespace changes are as follows:
* 8 times ; to { } in for/while loop
* fix missing ; in cmd/zed/agents/zfs_diagnosis.c
* comment (confim -> confirm)
* change endline , to ; in cmd/zpool/zpool_main.c
* a number of /* BEGIN CSTYLED */ /* END CSTYLED */ blocks
* /* CSTYLED */ markers
* change == 0 to !
* ulong to unsigned long in module/zfs/dsl_scan.c
* rearrangement of module_param lines in module/zfs/metaslab.c
* add { } block around statement after for_each_online_node

This implements a subset of the LWP rwlock interface by wrapping the
equivalent POSIX thread interface. It is a superset of the features
needed by ztest.
The missing bits are {,_}rw_read_held() and {,_}rw_write_held().

The vast majority of these changes are in Linux specific code.
They are the result of not having an automated style checker to
validate the code when it was originally written. Others were
caused when the common code was slightly adjusted for Linux.
This patch contains no functional changes. It only refreshes
the code to conform to style guide.
Everyone submitting patches for inclusion upstream should now
run 'make checkstyle' and resolve any warning prior to opening
a pull request. The automated builders have been updated to
fail a build if when 'make checkstyle' detects an issue.

All changes needed for the libspl layer. This includes modifications
to files directly copied from OpenSolaris and the addition of new
files needed to fill in the gaps.
