i965/drm: Drop has_exec_async related API.
Mesa doesn't use this yet. We'll almost certainly want to, but we can add the functionality back after we clean up the messy drm code. Reviewed-by: Chris Wilson <[email protected]> Acked-by: Jason Ekstrand <[email protected]>
