nir: remove non-ssa support from nir_copy_prop()
Even in a very basic shader this reduces the time spent in nir_copy_prop() by ~17%. No shader-db changes for radeonsi NIR or i965. Reviewed-by: Jason Ekstrand <[email protected]>
