Revert "fix l2arc compression buffers leak"
This reverts commit 037763e44e0f6d7284e9328db988a89fdc975a4e in
preparation for the illumos 5497 "lock contention on arcs_mtx" patch
which includes a fix for this very problem.
ZoL had picked up a subset of the illumos 5497 patch to deal with the
l2arc compression buffer leak.
