Minor cleanup and Solaris API additions.
Minor formatting cleanups.
API additions:
* {U}INT8_{MIN,MAX}, {U}INT16_{MIN,MAX} macros.
* id_t typedef
* ddi_get_lbolt(), ddi_get_lbolt64() functions.
