Add IMPLY() and EQUIV() macros
Added for upstream compatibility, they are of the form: * IMPLY(a, b) - if (a) then (b) * EQUIV(a, b) - if (a) then (b) *AND* if (b) then (a) Signed-off-by: Brian Behlendorf <[email protected]>
