Prefix zfs internal endian checks with _ZFS
FreeBSD defines _BIG_ENDIAN BIG_ENDIAN _LITTLE_ENDIAN LITTLE_ENDIAN on every architecture. Trying to do cross builds whilst hiding this from ZFS has proven extremely cumbersome.
