From 4da1cdf78fa3b954840650fa46cf72da5daf149f Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Brian Date: Tue, 12 Feb 2008 14:53:25 -0700 Subject: gallium: clean-up, simplification of mipmapped textures Remove pipe_texture->first_level (always implicitly zero). This means there's never any unused mipmap levels at the top. In the state tracker, we no longer re-layout mipmapped textures if the MinLod/MaxLod texture parameters change. It's up to the driver to obey the pipe_sampler->min/max_lod clamps. --- src/mesa/state_tracker/st_texture.c | 35 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++--------- 1 file changed, 26 insertions(+), 9 deletions(-) (limited to 'src/mesa/state_tracker/st_texture.c') diff --git a/src/mesa/state_tracker/st_texture.c b/src/mesa/state_tracker/st_texture.c index 844a9f80d85..ff33da6f9e4 100644 --- a/src/mesa/state_tracker/st_texture.c +++ b/src/mesa/state_tracker/st_texture.c @@ -62,6 +62,10 @@ target_to_target(GLenum target) /** * Allocate a new pipe_texture object + * width0, height0, depth0 are the dimensions of the level 0 image + * (the highest resolution). last_level indicates how many mipmap levels + * to allocate storage for.
