It's common for games to compile 2000 programs or more so at
32bits x 2000 programs x 22 fields x 2 (at least) stages
This should give us something like 352 kilobytes in savings
once we add some more glsl only fields.

There is nothing left that can generate them. These used to be
generated by ir_to_mesa or by the assembler for various NV extensions
that have been removed.

It was 2 bits to accommodate SATURATE_PLUS_MINUS_ONE (removed by commit
09b566e1). A similar change was made to TGSI recently in commit
e1c4e8aa.
Reducing the size from 2 bits to 1 reduces the size of the bit fields
from 17 bits to 16, which is a much nicer number.

I think OpenVMS was the only platform that Mesa ran on that used a
non-IEEE representation for floats. We removed OpenVMS support a while
back, and this should alleviate the need to continue updating the
this-platform-uses-IEEE list.
The one bit of this patch that needs review is the IS_INF_OR_NAN,
because I'm not sure if MSVC supports isfinite.

Assertions are not sufficient to check for null pointers as they don't
show up in release builds. So, return ZeroVec/dummyReg instead of NULL
pointer in get_{src,dst}_register_pointer(). This should calm down the
warnings from static analysis tool.
Note: This is a candidate for the 9.1 branch.

The previous commit introduced extra words, breaking the formatting.

This brings the license text in line with the MIT License as published
on the Open Source Initiative website:
http://opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php
Generated automatically be the following shell command:
$ git grep 'THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE' | sed 's/:.*$//g' | xargs -I '{}' \
sed -i 's/THE AUTHORS/THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS/' {}
This introduces some wrapping issues, to be fixed in the next commit.

The intention here is to protect all authors, not just Brian Paul. I
believe that was already the sensible interpretation, but spelling it
out is probably better.
More practically, it also prevents people from accidentally copy &
pasting the license into a new file which says Brian is not liable when
he isn't even one of the authors.

These were only part of NV_fragment_program, so we can kill them.
The fact that PROGRAM_NAMED_PARAM appears in r200_vertprog.c is rather
comedic, but also demonstrates that people just spam the various types
of parameters everywhere because they're confusing.

here since F_TO_I() is the new name of the old IROUND() function.

Q should not be significant for OPCODE_TEX, but it winds up getting
passed to the compute_lambda() function. Make sure it's 1.0 to
prevent garbage values, which is effectively what we get when the
swizzle is coord.xyzz (which is what GLSL gives us).

Shader Model 3.0[1] requires that shaders be able to execute at least
65536 instructions. Bump Mesa maxExec to that limit. This allows
several vertex shaders in the OpenGL ES 2.0 conformance test suite to
run to completion.

The functionality is not used by anything yet, and the glUniform functions will
need to be reworked before this can reach its full usefulness. It is
nonetheless a step towards integer support in the state tracker and classic drivers.
