The intent is to use this extension on vc4 to allow X11 to do overlapping
CopyArea() within a pixmap without first blitting the pixmap to a
temporary. With associated glamor patches, improves x11perf
-copywinwin100 performance on a Raspberry Pi 3 from ~4700/sec to
~5130/sec, and is an even larger boost to uncomposited window movement
performance (most copywinwin100 copies don't overlap).
v2: Fix glIsEnabled() on the new enums.

APPLE_vertex_array_object support was removed in 7927d0378fc7.
However it turns out we can't remove the functions because this
can cause issues when libglapi is used together with DRI
drivers built prior to said commit

Shared context support for VAOs was dropped in 0b2750620b65.
From the ARB_vertex_array_object spec:
"This extension differs from GL_APPLE_vertex_array_object
in that client memory cannot be accessed through a
non-zero vertex array object. It also differs in that
vertex array objects are explicitly not sharable between
contexts."
Nobody should be using this extension over
ARB_vertex_array_object anymore so just drop it rather than
adding locking back just for VAOs created from these
functions.
For reference the Nvidia blob doesn't expose this extension.

Structurally, this is very similar to the existing Apple-DRI code, except I
have chosen to implement this using the __GLXDRIdisplay, etc. vtables (as
suggested originally in [1]), rather than a maze of ifdefs. This also means
that LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE and LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT work as expected.
[1] https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/mesa-dev/2010-May/000756.html
This adds:
* the Windows-DRI extension protocol headers and the windowsdriproto.pc
file, for use in building the Windows-DRI extension for the X server
* a Windows-DRI extension helper client library
* a Windows-specific DRI implementation for GLX clients
The server is queried for Windows-DRI extension support on the screen before
using it (to detect the case where WGL is disabled or can't be activated).
The server is queried for fbconfigID to pixelformatindex mapping, which is
used to augment glx_config.
The server is queried for a native handle for the drawable (which is of a
different type for windows, pixmaps and pbuffers), which is used to augment
__GLXDRIdrawable.
Various GLX extensions are enabled depending on if the equivalent WGL
extension is available.

GL_KHR_robustness adds the GL_CONTEXT_LOST error and five new entry
points that we already implement. This patch adds a new dispatch table
that returns GL_CONTEXT_LOST from all entry points and implements the
GL_LOSE_CONTEXT_ON_RESET strategy by setting that table when we learn
that we've lost the context.
With the GL_CONTEXT_LOST reporting in place and dispatch for the new
entry points we can turn on GL_KHR_robustness.

Removes the public symbol _glapi_create_table_from_handle from
libGL.so.1.2.0 on all platforms except Darwin.
Since the symbol is not used on other platforms it makes sense to
build glapi_gentable.c only on Darwin.
As a side effect it accelerates the build a bit and reduces the size
of libGL.so.1.2.0 as follows:
size lib/libGL.so.1.2.0 on my system shows
text data bss dec hex filename
469211 21848 2720 493779 788d3 lib/libGL.so.1.2.0 before

I've used a bunch of python code to cut out new enums so that the two
generated files can be diffed. I'll remove all that hardcoding in the
following commits. All remaining differences between the generated code:
- GL_TEXTURE_BUFFER_FORMAT didn't appear in GL3 when TBOs got merged to
core, so it now gets an _ARB suffix instead.
- Blacklisting can't keep EXT_sso's GL_ACTIVE_PROGRAM_EXT from becoming
GL_ACTIVE_PROGRAM -- in our hash table, GL_ACTIVE_PROGRAM_EXT points at
the GLES2 enum's value (aka GL_CURRENT_PROGRAM). By not blacklisting
the core name, we get both enums translated.
- GL_DRAW_FRAMEBUFFER_BINDING and GL_FRAMEBUFFER_BINDING both appeared in
GL3 as synonyms, and the new code happens to choose
GL_FRAMEBUFFER_BINDING instead.
- GL_TEXTURE_COMPONENTS and GL_TEXTURE_INTERNAL_FORMAT both appear in 1.1,
and the new code chooses GL_TEXTURE_INTERNAL_FORMAT instead (which seems
better, to me)

Currently on the functions that are exclusive to core-profile are
implemented. The remainder continue to live in the XML. Additional
functions can be moved later.
The functions for GL_ARB_draw_indirect and GL_ARB_multi_draw_indirect
are put in the dispatch table inside the VBO module, so they do not need
to be moved over.
The diff of src/mesa/main/api_exec.c before and after this patch is as

Since the set of functions with static will never change, there is no
reason to store it in the XML. It's just one of those fields that
confuses people adding new functions.
This is split out from the rest of the series so that in-code assertions

This was originally part of a single patch which added the extension, and

One difference here as compared to the original mega patch is this does build
