We can't use any of the existing implementations in u_debug_stack.
Android technically has libunwind, but it's been modified to the point
where it no longer compiles with the Mesa usage. The library is also
not meant to be referenced by vendor libraries. The officially sanctioned
way of obtaining backtraces is through the Android own libbacktrace, a
C++ library. Access it through a separate C++ source file on Android only.

Commit 463b7d0332c5("gallium: Enable ARM NEON CPU detection.")
introduced CPU feature detection based Android cpufeatures library.
Unfortunately it also added an assumption that if PIPE_OS_ANDROID is
defined, the library is also available, which is not true for the
standalone build without using Android build system.
Fix it by defining HAS_ANDROID_CPUFEATURES in Android.mk and replacing
respective #ifdefs to use it instead.

vc4 now depends on renderonly functions, but these weren't added to the
Android build resulting in the following errors:

src/gallium/drivers/vc4/vc4_resource.c:681: error: undefined reference to 'renderonly_create_gpu_import_for_resource'

Currently, building with "mmma external/mesa3d" which builds all targets
and dependencies is broken for targets that require LLVM. This is due to
the build settings depending on MESA_ENABLE_LLVM. Instead of using a
conditional in the global Android.common.mk, make all the components that
need LLVM explicitly include the necessary build settings.
GALLIVM_CPP_SOURCES doesn't exist anymore, so remove that as well.

I wrote this code with reference to pixman, though I've only decided to
cover Linux (what I'm testing) and Android (seems obvious enough). Linux
has getauxval() as a cleaner interface to the /proc entry, but it's more
glibc-specific and I didn't want to add detection for that.
This will be used to enable NEON at runtime on ARMv6 builds of vc4.
v2: Actually initialize the temp vars in the Android path (noticed by
daniels)
v3: Actually pull in the cpufeatures library (change by robher).
Use O_CLOEXEC. Break out of the loop when we find our feature.
v4: Drop VFP code, which was confused about what it was detecting and not
actually used yet.

Commits a39a8fbbaa12 ("nir: move to compiler/") and eb63640c1d38
("glsl: move to compiler/") broke Android builds. Fix them.
There is also a missing dependency between generated NIR headers and
several libraries. This isn't a new issue, but seems to have been
exposed by the NIR move.
Built with i915, i965, freedreno, r300g, r600g, vc4, and virgl enabled.

Based on the nice work of Paulo Sergio Travaglia <[email protected]>.
The main modifications are:
- Include paths for LLVM header files and shared/static libraries
- Set C++ flag "c++11" to avoid compiling errors on LLVM header files
- Set defines for LLVM
- Add GALLIVM source files
- Changes path of libelf library for lollipop

Android 5.0 allows modules to generate source into $OUT/gen, which will
then be copied into $OUT/obj and $OUT/obj_$(TARGET_2ND_ARCH) as necessary.
Modules will need to change calls to local-intermediates-dir into
local-generated-sources-dir.
The patch changes local-intermediates-dir into local-generated-sources-dir.
If the Android version is less than 5.0, fallback to local-intermediates-dir.
The patch also fixes the 64-bit building issue of Android 5.0.

Rather than shoving all the VL code for non-VL targets, increasing
their size, just split it out and use it when needed. This gives us
the side effect of building vl_winsys_dri.c once, dropping a few
automake warnings, and reducing the size of the dri modules as below
text data bss dec hex filename
5850573 187549 1977928 8016050 7a50b2 before/nouveau_dri.so
5508486 187100 391240 6086826 5ce0aa after/nouveau_dri.so
The above data is for a nouveau + swrast + kms_swrast 'megadriver'.

Removed u_half.py used to generate the table for previous method.
Previous implementation of float to half conversion was faulty for
denormalised and NaNs and would require extra logic to fix,
thus making the speedup of using tables irrelevant.
