When building the Chrome OS Android container, we need to build copies
of mesa that don't conflict with the Android system-supplied libraries.
This adds options to create suffixed versions of EGL and GLES libraries:
libEGL.so -> libEGL${egl-lib-suffix}.so
libGLESv1_CM.so -> libGLESv1_CM${gles-lib-suffix}.so
libGLESv2.so -> libGLES${gles-lib-suffix}.so
This is similar to what happens when --enable-libglvnd is specified, but
without the side effects of linking against libglvnd. To avoid
unexpected clashes with the suffixed appended by libglvnd, make it an
error to specify both --enable-libglvnd and --with-egl-lib-suffix.

This reverts commit ae7898dfdbe5c8dab7d11c71862353f1ae43feb0.
Turns out the python scripts are _not_ fully python 3 compatible.
As Ilia reported using get_xmlpool.py with LANG=C produces some weird
output - see the link for details.
Even though the issue was spotted with the autoconf build, it exposes a
genuine problem with the script (and lack of lang handling of the meson
build.)

With version v1.15 the "code" option was deprecated in favour of
"private-code" or "public-code".
Before the interface symbol generated was exported (which is a bad idea
since it's internal implementation detail) and others may misuse it.
That was the case with libva approx. 1 year ago. Since then libva was
fixed, so we can finally hide it by using "private-code"

Note: the following happens only when using slibtool.
Since this is a very serious breakage, we will keep the workaround until
a better solution is available.
DRI modules store the address of the dispatch table in a TLS variable,
_glapi_tls_Dispatch.
Changes to the way libEGL is built in d884d8d0077c16d459b1 resulted in
it being statically linked against libglapi, and thus containing its own
copy of _glapi_tls_Dispatch. The result was that some applications would
fail to work (e.g. deqp-egl, which dynamically loads libEGL), due to the
DRI module storing the dispatch table address in one copy of
_glapi_tls_Dispatch, and libEGL obtaining the address from another copy
of the variable.

At the moment wayland-clients, such as the Vulkan drivers were
over-linking against libwayland-server.so.
That went unnoticed, since both client and server code uses the
wl*interface symbols, which are present in both libwayland-client.so and
libwayland-server.so.
I've looked at correcting that, although that's orthogonal to this fix.
Note: wayland-egl does _not_ depend on wayland-client, although it does
need wayland-egl.h. There's no distinct package that provides it (I have
a WIP on the topic) so current solution will do for now.

Currently xmlconfig is conditionally used, only when --enable-dri is
available.
As the library has moved to src/util and has wider wisebase, this guard
is no longer correct. Strictly speaking - it wasn't since the
introduction of xmlconfig into st/nine a while ago.
Unconditionally enable xmlconfig and drop the linking. As said before
there's other users of the library, so depending on the configure
options we will get multiple definitions of said symbols.
NOTE: To avoid breaking other combinations, this commit adds the
xmlconfig link to the required places - throughout gallium and the DRI
loaders.

At dist/distcheck time we need to ensure that all the files and their
respective dependencies are handled.
At the moment we'll bail out as the linux-dmabuf rules are guarded in a
conditional. Move them outside of it and drop the sources from
BUILT_SOURCES.
Thus the files will be generated only as needed, which will happen only
after the wayland-protocols dependency is enforced in configure.ac.

Adding linux-dmabuf Wayland protocol files as generated did the right
thing, by prepending $(MKDIR_GEN) so autotools didn't try to write into
a build directory which didn't yet exist.
Unfortunately MKDIR_GEN needs to be defined in every Makefile it's used
in (which we do now), or alternately defined and substituted in
configure.ac (which we don't do), and src/egl/ didn't actually have it
from either method. As unset variables expand to nothing, it was
silently being skipped.
Copy & paste the defintion to make sure drivers/dri2/ exists before we
try to generate files into it.

The new interface mostly just sits on top of the existing library.
The only change to the existing EGL code is to split the client

non-glvnd builds, eglQueryString will just concatenate the two strings.
The EGL dispatch stubs are all generated. The script is based on the one

It's possible to build Mesa for Android using the traditional
autotools workflow [1]. ChromiumOS fetches Android prebuilts and
puts them in a sysroot. We now want to use pkg-config to specify
the location of system headers and libraries [2].
To enable this, let's add the required pkg-config checks and link
