* nir: Fix a typo in src/compiler/Makefile.nir.amBastien Orivel2018-04-091-1/+1
| | | | | | | | Since 31d91f019b58ca362c05db1fd0c75fedd169cd7b, the makefile tries to find the file SConstript.spirv instead of SConscript.spirv which breaks the make dist command. Reviewed-by: Brian Paul <[email protected]>
* spirv: Fix building with SConsNeil Roberts2018-03-301-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | The SCons build broke with commit ba975140d3c9 because a SPIR-V function is called from Mesa main. This adds a convenience library for SPIR-V and adds it to everything that was including nir. It also adds both nir and spirv to drivers/x11/SConscript. Also add nir/spirv modules to osmesa and libgl-gdi targets. * spirv: Move SPIR-V building to Makefile.spirv.am and spirv/meson.buildIan Romanick2018-03-291-34/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | Future changes will add generated files used only from src/compiler/glsl. These can't be built from Makefile.nir.am, and we can't move all the rules from Makefile.nir.am to Makefile.spirv.am (and it would be silly anyway). v2: Do it for meson too. * nir: mako all the intrinsicsRob Clark2018-03-271-1/+12
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | I threatened to do this a long time ago.. I probably *should* have done it a long time ago when there where many fewer intrinsics. But the system of macro/#include magic for dealing with intrinsics is a bit annoying, and python has the nice property of optional fxn params, making it possible to define new intrinsics while ignoring parameters that are not applicable (and naming optional params). And not having to specify various array lengths explicitly is nice too. I think the end result makes it easier to add new intrinsics. v2: couple small fixes found with a test program to compare the old and new tables v3: misc comments, don't rely on capture=true for meson.build, get rid of system_values table to avoid return value of intrinsic() and *mostly* remove side-effects, add autotools build support v4: scons build Signed-off-by: Rob Clark <[email protected]> Acked-by: Dylan Baker <[email protected]> Acked-by: Jason Ekstrand <[email protected]>

* spirv: Add a prepass to set types on vtn_valuesJason Ekstrand2017-12-111-0/+4
| | | | | | | | This autogenerated pass will automatically find and set the type field on all vtn_values. This way we always have the type and can use it for validation and other checks. Reviewed-by: Ian Romanick <[email protected]>
* spirv: Generate spirv_info.cIan Romanick2017-07-181-2/+14
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The old table based spirv_*_to_string functions would return NULL for any values "inside" the table that didn't have entries. The tables also needed to be updated by hand each time a new spirv.h was imported. Generate the file instead. v2: Make this script work more like src/mesa/main/format_fallback.py. Suggested by Jason. Remove SCons supports. Suggested by Jason and Emil. Put all the build work in Makefile.nir.am in lieu of adding a new Makefile.spirv.am. Suggested by Emil. * compiler: avoid warning about redefinition of PYTHON_GENErik Faye-Lund2016-10-261-2/+0
| | | | | | | | | | | | PYTHON_GEN is defined to the exact same thing in both Makefile.glsl.am and Makefile.nir.am. This makes automake complain, so let's lift the definition up to Makefile.am, the same way as MKDIR_GEN. * nir/spirv: Bring back the spirv2nir helper binaryJason Ekstrand2016-09-211-0/+18
| | | | | | | | | | This was something that I wrote in the early days of the spirv_to_nir code but deleted once we had a real driver. However, in the absence of a shader_runner equivalent, it's extremely useful for debugging the spirv_to_nir code so let's bring it back.
