mesa|mapi: replace _mesa_[v]snprintf with [v]snprintf
MSVC 2015 and newer has perfectly valid snprintf and vsnprintf implementations, let's just use those. Reviewed-by: Marek Olšák <[email protected]> Reviewed-by: Kristian H.
