mesa: new BYTE/SHORT_TO_FLOATZ() macros
Rather than redefining the BYTE/SHORT_TO_FLOAT macros, just define new ones with different names. These macros preserve zero when converting. Reviewed-by: Eric Anholt <[email protected]>
