swrast: refactor/rewrite fast_draw_rgba_pixels()
Use Map/UnmapRenderbuffer() for the special, optimized cases we care about.
Note that we're dropping some seldom-used cases in the new fast-path
code: as CI->RGB conversion and zooming.
