main: Add TEXTURE_CUBE_MAP support for glCompressedTextureSubImage3D.
v2: Review from Anuj Phogat
- Remove redundant copies of the cube map block comment
- Replace redundant "if (!texImage) return;" statements with
assert(texImage)
