mesa: remove a bunch of gl_renderbuffer fields
_ActualFormat is replaced by Format (MESA_FORMAT_x). ColorEncoding, ComponentType, RedBits, GreenBits, BlueBits, etc. are all replaced by MESA_FORMAT_x queries.
