intel/blorp: Handle 3-component formats in clears
This fixes a nasty hang in Batman: Arkham City which apparently calls vkCmdClearColorImage on a linear RGB image. cc: [email protected] Reviewed-by: Samuel Iglesias Gonsálvez <[email protected]>
