r600/eg: add support for tracing IBs after a hang.
This is a poor man's version of radeonsi ddebug stuff, this
should get hooked into that infrastructure, and grow more stuff,
but for now, just create R600_TRACE var that points to a file
that you want to dump the last IB to.
