intel/isl: Rename supports_lossless_compression to supports_ccs_e
The term "lossless compression" could potentially mean multisample color compression, single-sample color compression or HiZ because they are all lossless. The term CCS_E, however, has a very precise meaning; in ISL and is only used to refer to single-sample color compression. It's also much shorter which is nice.
