st/nine: Fix behaviour of D3DUSAGE_QUERY_POSTPIXELSHADER_BLENDING
Ignore D3DUSAGE_QUERY_POSTPIXELSHADER_BLENDING when
D3DUSAGE_RENDERTARGET is not specified.
This behaviour matches windows drivers.
