radeonsi: implement 3D transfers
That means we can map and read multiple slices with one transfer_map call.

11 more little piglits on master, 1 more on the 9.1 branch (Marek's
glTex(Sub)Image improvements on master broke the other 10).
NOTE: This is a candidate for the 9.1 branch.
