target/haiku-softpipe: Fix viewport issues
* Call mesa viewport call on winndow resize
* Add initial postprocessing code
* Pass hgl_context to private statetracker
as it is more useful than GalliumContext
* Use Lock and Unlock functions to standardize
GalliumContext locking
* Create texture resources in texture validation
