llvmpipe: Fix rendering into PIPE_FORMAT_X8*_UNORM.
Mesa state tracker recently started using PIPE_FORMAT_X8B8G8R8_UNORM,
causing segfaults in texture-packed-formats, because swizze[chan] was
0xff for padding channel (X).
