nvc0: get rid of NVE4_COMPUTE_MP_PM_{A,B}_SIGSEL_XXX
Instead, hardcode group sigsel because there are a bunch of unknown groups, especially on SM50/SM52. Signed-off-by: Samuel Pitoiset <[email protected]>
