radeonsi: fix array textures layer coordinate
Like for cube map (array) gather, we need to round to nearest on <= VI. Fixes tests in dEQP-GLES3.functional.shaders.texture_functions.texture.* Cc: [email protected] Reviewed-by: Marek Olšák <[email protected]>
