freedreno/ir3: rename ir3_compile -> ir3_context
Having both an ir3_compile (which was really context for compiling a
single shader variant) and ir3_compiler (which is the compiler object
that compiles all variants, ie. basically holds the RA regset) is a
bit confusing.
