i965: Drop the INTEL_FORCE_GS environment variable.
This was a debug option during gen6 transform feedback bringup (and a
similar one existed during gen4 bringup). However, it looks like
we're done with that, and we don't anticipate it being used again,
either for geometry shaders or transform feedback.
