Remove clamp parameter from _mesa_unpack_color_span_float(). Pass the
IMAGE_CLAMP_BIT if needed.
Added ClampVertexColors and ClampFragmentColors to GLcontext in anticipation
of upcoming extensions (not fully used yet).
