meta: Fix glCopyTexImage(GL_LUMINANCE) from non-GL_LUMINANCE source.
glReadPixels() was performing RGB -> L conversion differently from the
glTexImage() style conversion appropriate for glCopyTexImage().
Fixes gles2conform copy_texture.
