Cleaned up Mac OS X context handling. Removed incorrect retain call on
NSOpenGLContext. Removed NSOpenGLPFANoRecovery and
NSOpenGLPFAAccelerated flags from pixel format. Added
NSAutoreleasePools around Cocoa calls. Added stereo support.
