- The options panel (frmOptions) is now completely wrapped in TableLayoutPanels.
- The rest of the GUI has been changed to Tahoma, 8pt font.
- QueueHandler and it's related classes have been refactored and documented.
- new option has been added that prompts the user before encoding when the query under the "Query Editor" tab does not match the GUI settings. It can be disabled in the options window.
- A bug where "last_encode_log.txt" failed to be read has been fixed that was caused by exiting the CLI window shortly after starting the encode.

- Picture Settings: Height of 0 allows for no -l to be passed to the CLI
- Picture Settings / pre-sets now set 0 when no Height specified. Prevents the panel from using incorrect values when pre-sets are selected.
- Simplified the Encode.cs set-up. Includes changes to QueueHandler

# Directory and logging changes
- The GUI now stores preset data in the systems user Application Data directory. This means that multi-user systems don't share the same single set of user presets.
- A History of logs are automatically stored in the systems application data directory.
- Changed the log preferences to make them a bit easier to understand.
# Bugs / Typos
- Fixed small bug in the version info regex parser.
- Fixed typo on x264 tab
- Fixed minor GUI issue on the Add Preset window (button transparency)

- Enable tabstops on the add preset window.
- Confirm closing of program if Queue is running (ExDeus)

- Set Default now set's the currently selected preset to default, not the current settings.
- Add Preset can now optionally add a flag to allow saving of picture size information (just like the macgui)

- User presets and built in presets are now show in seperate colours. User preset's are shown in black and built in are blue.
- Added cancel button to add preset.
- Removed File Menu > Import. This is not required. Users can import old .hb files as text into the query editor if need be.
- Adding a new user preset no longer stores Title and file input/output information. While these were never used, it's a waste of space storing them in the user presets file.
- Added a comfirm dialog for removing presets.

This includes minor changes to the UI (e.g in the 'Output Settings' box)
- UI Improvments for Windows Vista and XP where non Classic theme is used.
- Activity Window can now view the log whilst an encode is going. (Doesn't live update... yet TODO!)
- Changed Radio File/Folder option for Source Browse to a single checkbox. Folder view by default.
Check "File mode" for file selection dialog.
- Misc other UI changes
- Update checker won't display an error message during statup if one occurs whilst checking the update.
The message was hidden behind the splash screen. This is now not a problem.

- Users can now have their own presets appear in the presets bar. They can both add and remove their own presets.
- Anamorphic option is now a dropdown menu like the macgui.
- Video tab re-arrange to be consistant with the macgui.
- Video Framerate dropdown: Changed Automatic to Same as soure (same as the macgui)
