Either they work with the Normal preset's vanilla main profile H.264 in a standard MP4 container, or they don't. The high profile presets have been condensed down into a single one. Many presets have been sped up. The AppleTV preset is now High Profile and uses better B-frame decisions. * This patch adds mingw32 cross-compilation support to HandBrake trunk tokonablend2009-04-142-2/+15
