Clean up CPU count detection.
-No longer use 'grep' on linux to detect CPU count! -Use sysctls on OSX. -SunOS and CYGWIN are unmodified. git-svn-id: svn://svn.handbrake.fr/HandBrake/trunk@2254 b64f7644-9d1e-0410-96f1-a4d463321fa5
