Get rid of excessive video & audio drops on some content by implementing the last 20% of the MPEG Standard Target Decoder timing model (per-stream timing state).
Should fix the problem reported in http://forum.handbrake.fr/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=6601&sid=81048cf54c40b6cdb945236afb4f99da&p=37563#p37563 git-svn-id: svn://svn.handbrake.fr/HandBrake/trunk@1570 b64f7644-9d1e-0410-96f1-a4d463321fa5
