MacGui: Better implementation of the new scan controller for reading physical dvds.
- This one is all blindjimmy's doing, Thanks! - adds a VIDEO_TS check for reading random vobs off of a general purpose dvd. - uses a new cocoa class instead of the old c functions for drive detection. git-svn-id: svn://svn.handbrake.fr/HandBrake/trunk@829 b64f7644-9d1e-0410-96f1-a4d463321fa5
